Job Summary:


Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide quality patient care during evening and overnight shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs using telemetry equipment.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Record and update patient data accurately in electronic health records.
  
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and notify healthcare team members.
  
• Educate patients and family members on health management and post-discharge care.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Current RN license with applicable state certification.
  
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or equivalent clinical setting.
  
• Strong understanding of cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring.
  
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM shifts, including alternating weekends and holidays.
  
• CPR and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
