Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional patient care throughout the childbirth process. The ideal candidate will support mothers in labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery with clinical expertise and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and develop personalized care plans for labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safe labor progression.
• Assist during labor and delivery, including preparing and supporting patients during procedures.
• Provide education and emotional support to mothers and their families.
• Administer medications, IVs, and interventions as prescribed to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Document patient progress and clinical interventions accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid maternity and labor & delivery certification or specialization preferred.
• Proven clinical experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Strong knowledge of obstetric protocols, fetal monitoring, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
