Job Summary:
Provide specialized psychiatric nursing care to patients in a clinical or hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, deliver therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to promote mental health and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and provide emotional support.
• Document patient progress and update medical records accurately.
• Comply with all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active nursing license in the relevant state.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable.
• Proven experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
• Strong assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including dayshift, 12-hour shifts.
• Must provide proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or valid vaccination/declination attestation.
