Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the labor and delivery unit. This role involves supporting maternal and neonatal patients through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor and delivery processes.
• Administer medications and perform clinical interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum processes.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in labor and delivery or related obstetric settings.
• Current CPR and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to 13-week travel assignments.
