Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients, ensuring optimal respiratory health and compliance with treatment protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer inhalation therapies, oxygen, and ventilator support.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, observations, and patient progress.
• Adhere to infection control policies, including strict attendance and punctuality standards.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience.
• Proven travel therapy experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
