Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ER setting. The RN will deliver compassionate patient care, assist with procedures, and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care in accordance with acuity levels.
• Administer medications, perform IV placements, and conduct blood draws and blood transfusions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Perform procedures including moderate sedation, NIH exams, and administer TNK therapy as needed.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to develop and implement care plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current CPR, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency room nursing experience.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented personality.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to unit policies.
• Proficient in using medical equipment such as Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors, and Belmont infusers.
