Job Summary:
Provides specialized computerized tomography (CT) imaging services to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Independently performs high-quality scans while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and advanced CT procedures with precision to produce diagnostic images.
• Monitor patients closely during imaging, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate cooperation and proper care.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and safety protocols to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Assist in orienting new staff members and performing specific departmental procedures as needed.
• Document and manage patient information accurately, following departmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current California state radiologic technologist licensure (CRT).
• Valid BLS (AHA) certification.
• CA Venipuncture licensure.
• At least 2 years of relevant CT imaging experience.
• Ability to work independently during nocturnal shifts (Thurs-Sat, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
• Demonstrated competence in patient assessment and communication skills.
