Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy assistant services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, supporting rehabilitation and recovery goals under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Ensure delivery of kaliteli care to improve patient mobility and functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans
• Implement prescribed therapy interventions and exercises tailored to individual patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to therapy interventions accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring proper use of equipment
• Educate patients and family members on therapy goals and at-home exercises
• Comply with all facility policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant certification or license in the relevant state
• Proven experience working in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
