Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Travel RN with ICU experience to provide specialized care in a Neuro ICU/SICU setting. This role requires prior trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU expertise, along with previous travel nursing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill neuro, trauma, and surgical patients to ensure optimal care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, following hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient status and treatment accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological units.
• Proven experience in a Level One Trauma ICU.
• Previous travel nursing experience required, with the ability to adapt to various clinical settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to pass competency testing within 24 hours of application.
• Must have EPIC EMR proficiency and be available for night shifts.
