Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive inpatient care during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes.
• Document patient information and nursing interventions thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members and float within hospital or affiliate facilities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations, including BLS certification.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active, valid State Nursing License at the time of submission.
• Possess 1-2 years of recent inpatient Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Demonstrate excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain a clean, violation-free license record.
