Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized critical care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The nurse will implement comprehensive care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and monitor vital signs to identify changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physicians' orders and best practice standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about ICU procedures, care plans, and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active, valid Registered Nurse license.
• Possess graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Demonstrate minimum of 1-2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Exhibit strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Be proficient in documenting medical information electronically and manually.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
