Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols. Supervises and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive, safe, and effective care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical condition continuously.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored to ICU patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate interventions.
• Educate patients and their families regarding ICU procedures, treatments, and care plans.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing staff and oversee their performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
