Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a Cardio/Neurovascular Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will handle high-acuity patients, perform cardiac drips, and demonstrate strong dysrhythmia management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Treat high-acuity cardiac and neurovascular patients with expert clinical care.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including managing dysrhythmias.
• Administer cardiac drips such as Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone safely and effectively.
• Document patient care processes accurately within the EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, including safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Alabama RN license, or a compact license in good standing.
• Possess 1–2 years of recent experience in a large healthcare setting with high-acuity patients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing cardiac dysrhythmias and administering cardiac medications.
• Be certified in BLS and ACLS.
• Have prior experience working with Epic EMR.
• Be able to work night shifts (4x12-hour shifts) and adapt to block scheduling.
