Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in emergency care procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing conditions effectively.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Washington State Registered Nurse License.
• Possess an American Heart Association ACLS Card.
• Maintain certifications in NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Have previous experience in emergency room settings preferred.
