Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to provide exceptional care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes throughout the childbirth process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring women, postpartum mothers, and newborns throughout their stay.
• Perform triage assessments and non-stress tests (NSTs) to monitor fetal wellbeing.
• Serve as the second nurse during deliveries, managing overflow patients as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, pediatricians, and healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery, ensuring timely intervention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed R Nurse with Labor & Delivery training.
• Hold current certifications in NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above).
• Demonstrate experience in a high-volume obstetrics setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
