Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy support to patients, assisting in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists. Ensure patient progress and comfort while supporting rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient care.
• Implement therapy sessions and activities as directed.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment interventions.
• Maintain equipment and therapy environment in a safe, clean condition.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervising clinicians.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and documentation procedures accurately.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours.
