Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Internal Medicine Office Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care within a busy outpatient setting. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care independently while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following hospital policies and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Certification in BLS (AHA) and ACLS.
• Minimum of some clinical nursing experience; recent grads not accepted.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines.
• Willingness to relocate to New Hampshire for the position.
