Job Summary:
Assist surgical teams by providing skilled scrub support in a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain sterile environments to facilitate complex surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical instruments and supplies for various surgeries, including ortho, neuro, trauma, and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons and operating room staff during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields.
• Maintain detailed documentation of surgical activities and equipment usage.
• Ensure proper sterilization and readiness of surgical tools and OR suites each day.
• Support anesthesia providers and other OR personnel as needed to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current licensure as a Surgical Technologist or have completed a Surgical Technology program.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of OR scrub experience, preferably with orthopedic, neuro, trauma, or robotic procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in robotic (DaVinci) surgical systems.
• Have basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional surgical tech externship or relevant certifications a plus.
