Job Summary:
Provide rehabilitation services to patients through assessment and customized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for ongoing recovery.
• Comply with all safety and healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be willing to commit to a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
