Job Summary:
Provide technical support to licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care. Ensure smooth clinical operations and assist in implementing treatment plans to promote patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in evaluating patient needs and implementing treatment protocols.
• Prepare treatment areas and necessary equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns to the supervising therapist.
• Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment spaces.

Qualifications:

• Hold current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Possess prior experience working in a clinical rehabilitation setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in using therapeutic equipment and documentation tools.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable licensing and certification requirements.
