Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver urgent medical services and monitor patient conditions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize incoming emergency cases to ensure timely treatment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
