Job Summary:
Assist surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring all supplies are ready for procedures. Collaborate with healthcare staff to support smooth and safe surgical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by arranging surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Sterilize and maintain surgical tools following infection control protocols.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members during procedures as needed.
• Monitor and replenish supplies to ensure availability throughout surgeries.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards to maintain a sterile environment.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold a NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential at the time of submission.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries.
• Possess strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques.
• Able to work the scheduled shift of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Willing to work 4 x 10-hour shifts and commit to a 13-week travel assignment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.
