Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized critical care in a 9-bed adult ICU. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring complex conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Administer immediate and ongoing care to adult ICU patients, including stabilization and monitoring of vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatments.
• Assist in transporting and transferring patients to higher levels of care when necessary.
• Float to other departments as needed to support staffing and patient needs without taking a team of patients.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state.
• Possess PALS certification and pediatric experience.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts with a schedule of 72 hours every two weeks.
• Display strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to float to other units when required.
