Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN Lead to oversee surgical procedures and coordinate OR staff. The nurse will ensure compliance with safety protocols and facilitate smooth operative workflows in a trauma center setting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise OR staff during surgical procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and hospital policies.
• Lead pre-operative preparations and post-operative care activities.
• Support trauma cases and prioritize patient safety and quality of care.
• Manage scheduling and rotation of staff based on operating room needs.
• Maintain compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 2 years of charge/lead experience in an OR setting.
• Possess ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate prior experience working in a trauma or acute care environment.
• Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to rotate schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
• No call supervisor experience required.
