Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ICU RN for a specialized 8-week contract involving Epic conversion. The position offers night shifts with guaranteed hours and requires proficient knowledge of Epic and Cerner systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting while adhering to clinical standards.
• Utilize Epic and Cerner electronic health record systems to document patient information accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, including BLS, ACLS, Balloon Pump, and Impella requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and interventions safely, monitoring patient responses continuously.
• Maintain proficiency with current ICU procedures and technological updates.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN license required.
• Minimum of 6 months of Epic experience within the past 12 months.
• Prior Cerner EMR experience essential.
• Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and advanced cardiovascular interventions.
• Ability to start by 08/24/2026, with orientation sessions scheduled on 08/03/2026 or 08/17/2026.
• Must be proficient with 3x12 night shifts and flexible with schedule.
