Job Summary:
Seeking skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position in the Endoscopy/GI unit. The role involves providing specialized patient care within a fast-paced procedural environment, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care following unit policies and clinical standards.
• Assist with endoscopic procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, and management of GI Bleeds.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide pre- and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Adhere to dress code and safety guidelines, including wearing facility-provided scrubs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid RN license.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience in endoscopy or GI procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GI equipment and scopes.
• Display flexibility and strong adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Ability to work 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM shifts, call required 1-2 days per week.
• Practice patient-centered care with excellent communication skills.
