Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to optimize their mobility, function, and quality of life. Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to facilitate recovery and enhance physical well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on injury prevention and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Valid_PA State Physical Therapy license or equivalent credential.
• Proven experience in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
