Job Summary:

Assist in managing employee data, payroll processing, and benefits administration to support organizational HR functions and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Assist in entering and paying wage garnishments.
• Manage property payroll transfer reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Verify benefits deductions and conduct audits to maintain data integrity.
• Support leadership with various HR and accounting-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least one year of payroll or HR experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with QuickBooks and payroll software such as Pay Choice or Payroll Associates preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
