Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations in a rehab clinic setting. Deliver individualized treatment plans to promote functional recovery and enhance patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including mobility, strength, and coordination exercises.
• Utilize specialized protocols such as paired vagus nerve stimulation (Vivistim) when applicable.
• Perform the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment efficiently or learn quickly.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Demonstrate prior outpatient therapy experience.
• Possess knowledge of neurological assessment tools and protocols.
• Have vestibular therapy experience preferred.
• Be comfortable managing a complex patient caseload including stroke, spinal cord injury, and Parkinson’s disease.
• Quickly acquire or possess familiarity with the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Assessment.
