Job Summary:

Provide expert emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Deliver bedside assessments, treatment, and stabilization to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Washington State Registered Nurse License.
• Possess American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.
• Demonstrate previous ER nursing experience in a high-pressure setting.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and team members.
• Maintain current CPR certification and successful completion of required emergency nursing credentials.
