Job Summary:
Perform high-quality MRI scans to assist in diagnosing medical conditions, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Operate MRI equipment and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI machinery to acquire detailed internal body images.
• Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Monitor patient condition throughout imaging procedures, providing support as needed.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, calibration, and adherence to safety standards.
• Document procedures accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to meet imaging requirements.

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and 12-hour shifts.
• Critical thinker with adaptable and flexible approach.
• Knowledge of GE MRI equipment, including Discovery 450, preferred.
