Job Summary:
Provide expert emergency nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and efficient flow of emergency services during a scheduled 8-week travel assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and prioritize patient care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient management.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech electronic system.
• Adhere to infection control policies, including dress code and body art guidelines.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively, including call requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license (valid in the state of Texas).
• Possess 2+ years of experience in emergency nursing, including adult ER.
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Demonstrate experience with Meditech documentation system preferred.
• Maintain neat appearance with compliance to dress, hair, and body art policies.
