Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to assist with complex maternal cases. This 13-week travel assignment offers an opportunity to contribute to a Level 4 maternal care unit known for excellence in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-risk maternal patients during labor and delivery.
• Circulate in operating rooms during cesarean and other surgical procedures.
• Monitor and assess fetal and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and families about childbirth processes and post-delivery care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing high-risk maternal patients.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably CPN and Meditech.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking and adaptability skills.
