Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU nurses for night shift contracts. This role requires providing specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment, with options for travel and local assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to adult ICU patients ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Float to similar units within scope as needed, maintaining flexibility and adherence to orientation protocols.
• Complete onsite modules during orientation and ensure all licensing and compliance requirements are met prior to start.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, pending NM or compact license accepted and must be obtained before start.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Strong Clinical assessment skills and knowledge of ICU equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12 hours) with weekend availability.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating and variable workflows.
• Clear background check including fingerprints.
