Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide exceptional care for critically ill newborns. This contract role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and family support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess vital signs, responses to treatments, and patient progress regularly.
• Administer medications, respiratory support, and perform procedures such as ventilator management and IV placement.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records and communicate updates to team members.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with current registration.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, including Level 4 NICU.
• Possess strong clinical skills related to neonatal patient care and technical procedures.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 13-week contract, including weekends on call.
• Competency with Meditech and CPN EMR systems is preferred.
