Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide professional physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting. Deliver clinical support under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to promote patient mobility and recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical interventions accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and documentation standards specific to home health care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active State of South Carolina PTA license prior to start date.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent home health therapy experience.
• Have recent EPIC electronic medical record system experience (preferred but not required).
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Be willing to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
