Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (Telemetry) will monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition. This role supports safe, evidence-based care for patients requiring continuous telemetry observation, including coordination of diagnostic and treatment needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor telemetry systems and identify abnormal rhythms or clinical changes.
• Assess patients and evaluate vital signs, symptoms, and response to interventions.
• Administer medications and implement physician orders in accordance with established protocols.
• Coordinate care by partnering with the healthcare team to support timely diagnostics and escalation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and telemetry findings.
• Support patient safety through adherence to ACLS/BLS standards and infection control practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license (license in hand required with submittal).
• Possess strong Neuro experience and demonstrate competency in Neuro-related patient care.
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Complete NIH requirements as required for the role.
• Provide at least 2 years of experience in the service line.
• Demonstrate experience with travel assignments, preferred.
