Job Summary:
Registered Nurse for an ICU environment providing high-acuity care to critically ill adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. The role requires strong hemodynamic management, frequent assessment, and safe titration of critical therapies while working within established nurse-to-patient ratios.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients continuously and respond to changes in condition.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring and related documentation.
• Titrate and monitor infusion therapies, including vasopressors, sedation, and other critical drips.
• Provide evidence-based care for sepsis, acute MI, renal conditions, post-vascular procedures, stroke/TIA, seizures, and ARDS/ventilator patients.
• Implement care plans for mechanically ventilated and tracheostomy patients, including comfort and safety measures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support rapid clinical decision-making and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current RN license.
• Maintain BLS certification and ACLS certification.
• Demonstrate ICU experience with two or more years of critical care experience.
• Provide experience with advanced therapies, including CRRT and IABP; Impella experience preferred.
• Meet preferred critical care credentials such as PALS and NIHSS; TNCC requirement preferred/expected based on unit needs.
• Complete travel experience requirements and be willing to float to Stepdown and/or Med-Surg/Telemetry as needed.
