Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (ICU) provides direct patient care in an acute care setting, supporting clinical plans with timely assessment and intervention. The role ensures safe, evidence-based nursing practice while collaborating with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition using established clinical protocols.
• Administer medications and therapies according to provider orders and unit standards.
• Perform and support critical care interventions for ICU-level acuity patients.
• Maintain compliance with CAP-related testing documentation requirements for moderate complexity workflows as applicable.
• Communicate patient status, changes in condition, and care needs to the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families consistent with unit practice standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Maintain active Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Possess active ACLS certification (GSR Interventional Care).
• Demonstrate recent acute care experience, including ICU or PCU experience.
• Verify completion of high school education or equivalent, meeting moderate complexity testing documentation requirements.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in high-acuity environments with strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
