Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN specialized in Dialysis to provide acute care services in a travel assignment. The role involves working 4 days a week with minimal overtime and participating in weekend rotations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer dialysis treatments to patients according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure all safety and infection control standards are properly followed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family members regarding care procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of Idaho or the ability to obtain one.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent dialysis acute care experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dialysis procedures and patient monitoring.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Have Navy or Caribbean Blue Scrubs experience preferred.
