Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Telemetry to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care by applying evidence-based practices and adhering to organizational standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, utilizing critical thinking to develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and coordinate effective interventions, including cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, evaluate, and modify patient care plans.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members, ensuring clear understanding of treatment and care needs.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current NYS RN license with valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in Telemetry and Med Surg settings.
• ECG/Tele experience required; Ventilator and EPIC experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience or active BSN program enrollment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in cardiac care, patient safety, and infection control.
