Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing customized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote recovery and improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to support rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress thoroughly using Meditech or similar systems.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including BLS, to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards while managing patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Florida license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a BLS certification.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with therapeutic procedures and documentation systems.
• Be a quick learner capable of adapting to fast-paced environments.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
