Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN for a 15-week assignment in a fast-paced, team-oriented emergency department. The ideal candidate will have a Hawaii license and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment with high patient turnover.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a 28-bed department.
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
• Monitor cardiac patients using advanced telemetry equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Hawaii nursing license prior to the start date.
• Have recent experience in emergency room settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in trauma care and cardiac monitoring.
• Possess strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
• Be able to work night shifts, including 3-12 hour shifts weekly.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
