Job Summary:
Provide specialized intensive care nursing services to critically ill patients in a designated ICU unit. Ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety while adhering to hospital protocols and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess critically ill patients to determine immediate needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs closely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and interventions.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding condition management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Active CA Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification must be current.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months.
