Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients, supporting recovery and mobility goals. Ensure quality care through therapeutic interventions and patient education.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patient care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) or equivalent required.
• Proven experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans accurately.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and patient safety protocols.
• BLS certification required.
