Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care and support in a healthcare setting, ensuring quality assistance to patients in various care units or home care environments. This role involves performing a range of nursing support tasks to promote patient well-being and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Perform vital sign checks and monitor patient conditions regularly.
• Follow established procedures and protocols for patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care activities.
• Adapt to rotating shifts and work across different care units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CNA certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate ability to provide patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
• Have reliable transportation and be flexible with shift hours, including nights and weekends.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or home health care preferred.
