Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves providing specialized surgical nursing care in a busy operating room environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute preoperative and intraoperative nursing care for surgical patients.
• Operate and troubleshoot surgical equipment, including da Vinci Robotics and vascular devices.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and excellent outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system, including EPIC records.
• Adhere to strict safety and protocol standards, especially during trauma and orthopedic surgeries.
• Provide on-call support as required, including 3 to 6 shifts per month.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and BLS certification.
• Possess at least 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic procedures.
• Prefer candidates with vascular experience.
• Exhibit flexibility and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• BLS certification is required; no additional certification needed for Utah.
