Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in an Emergency Room setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, required certifications, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients presenting with acute conditions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Valid State RN license with Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Experience with Epic or similar electronic charting systems.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Willingness to comply with travel and background policies, including work history verification.
