Job Summary:

Seeking a Registered Dietitian to perform nutrition screening and support for patients, primarily via remote. The role involves providing clinical nutrition services during daytime hours, with every other weekend coverage required.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' nutritional status through comprehensive screening and assessment.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient nutrition needs.
• Document clinical interventions and progress in Epic electronic health records.
• Provide nutrition support for complex cases with emphasis on patient safety.
• Participate in remote consultations and telehealth activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• Demonstrate proven experience in clinical nutrition and patient support.
• Preferably possess experience with Epic or similar EHR systems.
• Exhibit strong communication skills suitable for remote healthcare delivery.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled.
