Job Summary:
Provide weekend on-call coverage to support surgical procedures and patient care needs. Ensure timely response and effective management of urgent surgical issues during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to weekend call requests within designated hours.
• Assess and prioritize emergency surgical cases, coordinating with surgical teams.
• Document patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain communication with on-call management regarding clinical updates.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during all clinical activities.

Qualifications:

• Possess valid clinical licensure relevant to surgical support (e.g., RN, PA).
• Demonstrate experience in surgical patient care or perioperative settings.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Show ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
• Maintain current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
